Pipe Flange Types We Supply

Weld Neck Flanges: Butt welded directly to the pipe with a tapered hub that helps distribute stress. Weld neck flanges are often used in higher-pressure, higher-temperature, or more demanding piping systems.

Slip-On Flanges: Designed to slide over the outside of the pipe before being welded in place. Slip-on flanges are widely used in general industrial piping, utilities, HVAC, fire protection, and lower-pressure applications.

Threaded Flanges: Manufactured with internal threads that connect to externally threaded pipe without welding. Threaded flanges are commonly used where welding is not practical or preferred.

Socket Weld Flanges: Built with a recessed socket where the pipe is inserted before being fillet welded. Socket weld flanges are often used on smaller-diameter piping where a strong welded connection is required.

Lap Joint Flanges: Used with a stub end and left loose behind the pipe connection. This design helps with bolt-hole alignment and can be useful where systems require periodic disassembly, inspection, or maintenance.

Blind Flanges: Solid flanges used to close the end of a pipe, valve, vessel opening, or piping-system connection. Blind flanges are commonly used for isolation, pressure testing, future expansion, and maintenance access.

Tank, Floor, and Companion Flanges: Used in equipment, utility, maintenance, and general industrial applications where a standard piping flange may not be the best fit.
